Ian Balfour

New Faces
Ian Balfour is a congenital right arm amputee who represented Canada in international competition for 9 years as a member of the Canadian Disabled Alpine Ski Team. Ian was the Downhill World Champion from 2000-2004 and is now studying law at the University of British Columbia.
